Welcome to tether™ (operated at tetherclo.com). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions

Agreement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Service Reservation: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Pre-Order & Manufacturing Policy

Pre-Order Structure: Products offered in drop releases (including PROJECT ASH™ and PROJECT CROW™) are manufactured on a pre-order basis unless explicitly stated as "In Stock."
Fulfillment Window: Estimated production and shipping timelines are 8 to 12 weeks (approximately 3 months) from the conclusion of the drop date. These timelines are estimates and are subject to minor supply chain delays.
Cancellation Restrictions: Because production is initiated immediately based on pre-order volumes, orders cannot be canceled or refunded while actively in production.

3. Pricing, Products, & Availability

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures (e.g., 550 GSM heavyweight cotton), and visual details of our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or collections to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. Address updates during the production window must be submitted to [Your Support Email] at least 2 weeks prior to dispatch.
Import Fees & Taxes: For international orders, duties, taxes, or import fees levied by destination customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen.

5. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of package delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Process: All returns must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including text, graphic mockups, collection names (PROJECT ASH™, PROJECT CROW™), logos, brand iconography, and software—is the property of tether™ and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or branding without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tether™, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our services or products purchased using the service.
